- 1 c. cold butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3 c. cold milk
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed and divided
- 2 (3.4 oz.) small pkg. instant lemon pudding
Directions

1In a bowl, cut butter into flour until crumbly.

2Press into ungreased 9 x 13 pan.

3Bake at 350° for 22 minutes.

4Cool.

5In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip.

6Spread this over cooled crust.

7In mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mixes on low speed for 2 minutes.

8Carefully spread over cream cheese layer.

9Top with remaining Cool Whip.

10Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. (Can use any kind of pudding.)
