- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. ReaLemon
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon or 2 cubes
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
- 8 fish fillets (about 2 lb.)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In a small saucepan, melt butter.

3Add ReaLemon, bouillon and Tabasco sauce; set aside.

4In a medium bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli, cheese and 1/4 cup of lemon butter sauce.

5Mix well.

6Divide rice mixture for 8 fillets, rolling each.

7Place seam side down in baking dish.

8Brush with remaining lemon butter sauce.

9Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
