- 1 pkg. lemon Jello, 4 serving size
- 1 pkg. vanilla Jello pudding and pie filling, 4 serving size
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. rum extract
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 c. Cool Whip whipped topping
Directions

1Combine gelatin and pudding mix in saucepan; add water, mixing well.

2Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.

3Remove from heat.

4Chill until thickened.

5Blend in vanilla, rum extract and nutmeg.

6Fold in whipped topping. Pour gelatin mixture into mold or decorative dishes.

7Chill until firm, about 3 hours.

8Unmold. Makes approximately 10 servings.
