  • 1 pkg. lemon Jello, 4 serving size
  • 1 pkg. vanilla Jello pudding and pie filling, 4 serving size
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. rum extract
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 c. Cool Whip whipped topping

Directions

    Combine gelatin and pudding mix in saucepan; add water, mixing well.

    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Chill until thickened.

    Blend in vanilla, rum extract and nutmeg.

    Fold in whipped topping. Pour gelatin mixture into mold or decorative dishes.

    Chill until firm, about 3 hours.

    Unmold. Makes approximately 10 servings.
