- 38 cup butter
- 1 large lemon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon unrefined sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon curd
Directions

1In a small non reactive pan slowly melt the butter.

2Zest the lemon and put the zest in the butter.

3Juice the lemon and add to pan.

4Add the salt and sugar.

5Add the lemon curd and stir until curd is dissolved and sauce has thickened.

6Remove from heat.

7Warm the sauce just before use.

8Pour over chicken, fish and/or rice.
