- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 egg white
Directions

1Soak soybeans all night.

2Simmer until tender. Grind or mash. Form into loaf.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
