  • 2 1/2 c. soybeans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 egg white

Directions

    Soak soybeans all night.

    Simmer until tender. Grind or mash. Form into loaf.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
