- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Cook sugar, oleo and lemon juice until sugar is dissolved and mixture is clear.

2Beat eggs to a yellow foam.

3Add to other mixture.

4Cook until mixture coats spoon.

5Cool.

6Store in refrigerator for up to 6 months.

7Good served over Bread Pudding.
