  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

    Add egg yolks.

    Stir in lemon juice, milk and salt.

    Beat egg whites (stiff).

    Add 1/2 cup sugar.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.
