  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs

    Mix butter and sugar; add egg yolk, one at a time.

    Beat egg whites and fold in.
