- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- additional sifted powdered sugar
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

2Add butter; mix well.

3Press mixture evenly into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

5Combine eggs, sugar and lemon juice in medium bowl; stir in egg mixture.

6Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Sprinkle lightly with additional powdered sugar.

7Cool and cut into 1-inch squares.
