  • 4 whole Eggs, Divided
  • 1 stick Butter, Melted
  • 1 box Lemon Cake Mix (18 Ounce Box)
  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Package)
  • 1 box Powdered Sugar (1 Pound Box)

Directions

    Combine 2 eggs, melted butter, and cake mix. In a greased 9 x 13 pan (I use a baggie to put the grease onto the pan - keeps my hands clean), pat in the cake mixture.

    Then mix the remaining 2 eggs, 1 pound powdered sugar, and cream cheese. Pour over the cake mixture.

    Bake at 325F for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
