  • 1 salt, pepper, garlic
  • 1 oil, butter
  • 1 fennel

    salt pepper and garlic on top of the flesh side of whitefish

    oil and butter in pan

    skin side down for 3 min

    flip and put flesh side down for ~2 min - take out and squeeze lemon on top
  5. 5
    put fennel in pan (chopped) and scrape up brown bits and caramelize and put on top of filets
