- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon rind
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Directions

1Whisk eggs, sugar, cornmeal and flour together.

2Mix melted margarine, milk, lemon juice and rind; then add together.

3Pour into pie crust and bake in a 375° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
