- juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
Directions

1Beat the first 3 ingredients together until stiff.

2On brown paper or parchment lined cookie sheet, shape meringue into shells, either with pastry bag or spoon. Bake at 275° for 1 hour.
