- 1 ounce Cognac
- 3/4 ounce palo cortado or amontillado sherry
- 1/2 ounce gin
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce chilled lemon soda
- 1 lemon twist
Directions

1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon soda and lemon twist.

3Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.

4Stir in the lemon soda.

5Flame the twist over the drink, then drop it in.
