Lemonade Drop Cookies

- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. honey
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, cream butter.

2Continue creaming while slowly adding honey in a fine stream.

3Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.

4Sift together flour and soda.

5Add alternately to creamed mixture along with 1/3 cup thawed lemonade.

6(Dough is soft.)

7Chill for 1 hour.

8Drop dough from teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.

9Bake at 400° for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.

10Brush hot cookies with remaining lemonade concentrate. Makes about 5 dozen.
