Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • additional sugar for topping
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs and beat smooth.

    Sift flour and soda together.

    Add to butter mixture.
  5. 5
    Alternately add half of lemonade concentrate.

    Fold in nuts.

    Drop by tablespoon about 1 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.

    Remove to cooling rack.

    Lightly brush warm cookies with remaining lemonade concentrate and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
