- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- additional sugar for topping
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. soda
- 1 c. (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs and beat smooth.

3Sift flour and soda together.

4Add to butter mixture.
-
5Alternately add half of lemonade concentrate.
-
6Fold in nuts.
-
7Drop by tablespoon about 1 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

8Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.

9Remove to cooling rack.
-
10Lightly brush warm cookies with remaining lemonade concentrate and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
