- 2 tablespoons of lemongrass, chopped
- 6 slices of ginger
- 2 tablespoons of honey, (raw honey if you can get it)
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions

1Put a kettle of water on to boil.

2Put the lemongrass, ginger, and honey in a cup or mug.

3After the water comes to a rolling boil, pour the water in the cup.

4Cover with a saucer and let steep for 15 minutes.

5Strain, drink, and feel better.
