- 4 steaks
- 1 Tbsp. each: oil and butter
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. Dijon Style mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- hot sauce (optional)
- 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
Directions

1Trim excess fat from steaks; slash edges to prevent curling. Pat dry with paper towel.

2In large skillet, combine oil, butter, mustard, garlic and black pepper.

3Heat until bubbly.

4Saute steaks in the seasoned butter for 4 or 5 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove steaks and keep warm.

5Add lemon and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over steaks and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
