- 1 1/4 c. potatoes, cubed and cooked
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- salt and pepper
- mayonnaise
Directions

1Combine salmon, potatoes, celery, relish, horseradish and onion.

2Season with salt and pepper and moisten with mayonnaise. Mix lightly with 2 forks.

3Serve on crisp lettuce.
