  • 1 medium onions sliced
  • 1 medium green bell peppers sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 8 ounces roast beef shaved
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 loaf bread dough
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic crushed
  • 4 cups cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated

    Saute vegetables in 1 tb.

    olive oil until limp; add roast beef.

    Saute for three more minutes.

    Add Worchestershire sauce and seasonings; cook 2 to 3 minutes more and remove from heat.

    Dust work surface with flour and roll out bread dough to fit a 10x15 inch cookie sheet.
