  • 2 sliced shallots
  • 3 diced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3/4 t grated lemon zest
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 3 T Olive Oil
  • 1.5 t Dijon Mustard
  • 1 t dried taragon
  • salt
