  • 34 cup onion, chopped
  • 18 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 12 lb lentils
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 12 taco shells

Directions

    Sprinkle garlic powder over onions and saute.

    Add lentil and spices and cook 1 minute.

    Place all ingredients except salsa and taco shells in slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
