- 2 onions, ground 3 times
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. fat pork or pork sausage
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. cream
Directions

1Grind liver and pork together.

2Add other ingredients and mix well.

3Bake in greased loaf pan in a larger pan with hot water in a 350° oven for about 1 hour or until done.

4When cold, slice and use for sandwiches.
