Ingredients

  • 1 lb. liver
  • 2 onions, ground 3 times
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. fat pork or pork sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. cream

Directions

    Grind liver and pork together.

    Add other ingredients and mix well.

    Bake in greased loaf pan in a larger pan with hot water in a 350° oven for about 1 hour or until done.

    When cold, slice and use for sandwiches.
