- 1 pkg. cake mix (white)
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 jar strawberry preserves
Directions

1Prepare cake mix according to package.

2Add sour cream.

3Stir by hand until well blended.

4Fill lined muffin tins 1/2 full, reserving 1 1/2 cups batter.

5Make indentation in center of each cup with spoon and fill with preserves.

6Spoon reserved batter over preserves, filling to 3/4 full.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool completely and store in fridge.
