- 2 whole Onions, Sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 4 cups Chopped Swiss Chard
- 2 cans (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes With Juices
- 1/4 cups Dry White Wine
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 8 ounces, weight Gluten-free Pasta (quinoa Or Brown Rice)
- 1/4 cups Pitted And Chopped Olives
- 2 Tablespoons Pine Nuts

2Heat oil in a heavy large frying pan over medium heat.

7Stir in tomatoes with their juices, wine and red pepper flakes.

9Cover and simmer until the tomatoes begin to break down and the chard is very tender, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
