  • 4 cups white bread cubes
  • 2 cups nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons applesauce
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
