- 3 to 4 boned, skinned chicken breasts, slivered
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry wine
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Brown the chicken in oil until done, about 5 minutes.

2Add the broccoli, water, wine and soup.

3Bring to a boil.

4Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat.

5Let stand 5 minutes.

6Top with Parmesan cheese.
