- 6 tablespoons corn oil spread
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
- 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 cup walnuts chopped, optional
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F (180C).

2Lightly spray 8-inch square baking pan with light vegetable cooking spray.

3In medium saucepan over low heat, melt spread.

4Add sugar; stir until well blended.

5Remove from heat; stir in cocoa and vanilla.

6Add egg substitute, stir to blend.

7Stir in flour and walnuts if needed.

8Pour batter into prepared pan.

9Bake 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan.

10Cool in pan on wire rack.

11Sprinkle with powdered sugar over top.

12Cut into 16 squares.
