- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 6 Tbsp. extra light corn oil spread
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spray 2 (8-inch) round pans with cooking spray.

3In a bowl, stir flour, cocoa and baking soda.

4In a saucepan, melt corn oil spread; stir in sugar.

5Remove from heat.

6Add milk, vinegar and vanilla to mixture in saucepan. Stir, then add dry ingredients.

7Whisk until well blended.

8Pour evenly into pans.

9Bake 20 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.

10Cool.

11Fill and frost with Light Frosting as follows.
