  • 1 cup edamame, shelled
  • 14 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 14 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, coarsely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Place edamame, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, chili powder and coriander in a food processor.
