- 2 c. butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 12 eggs
- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 1/2 lb. cherries
- 5 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 lb. pineapple
- 2 1/2 lb. shelled nuts
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each.

3Add flour and orange juice alternately. Use one cup of the flour to sprinkle nuts and fruit.

4Add them to mixture.

5Add vanilla.

6Put in pan, greased and lined with brown paper.

7Place in slow oven about 250° to 275° for about 2 hours or until tests done.
