  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 c. low-fat margarine or butter
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. cold water

Directions

    Cut margarine and flour until crumbly.

    Add egg, vinegar and ice water; mix well.
