  • 1 bag shredded cabbage mix for coleslaw
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/4 c. seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

    In large bowl, combine cabbage mix with remaining ingredients, tossing to mix well.

    If not serving slaw right away, cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours.
