- 3 14 cups whole almonds
- 34 cup sugar
- 34 cup Splenda granular
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 egg white
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 18 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3In a bowl combine sugar and cinnamon.

4In another large bowl beat egg white until slightly frothy.

5Stir in vanilla and salt.

6Add almonds to egg mixture and toss to coat.

7Then pour cinnamon sugar mixture into almonds and toss to coat.

8Spread sugar coated almonds on lined baking sheet.

9Bake 25 minutes; stir after 10 minutes.

10Let cool and remove from pan.
