  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick, Recip-Ease or Pioneer baking mix
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. skim milk or buttermilk
  • cooking spray

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Stir together the first 4 ingredients. Add milk to make a soft dough.

    Knead on floured surface.

    Roll out 1/2-inch thick; cut with biscuit cutter.

    Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
