- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick, Recip-Ease or Pioneer baking mix
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. skim milk or buttermilk
- cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Stir together the first 4 ingredients. Add milk to make a soft dough.

3Knead on floured surface.

4Roll out 1/2-inch thick; cut with biscuit cutter.

5Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

6Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
