- 3 cups broccoli florets, small florette pieces
- 12 cup light mayonnaise
- 14 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 14 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons dried craisins
- 2 tablespoons almonds, sliced
- 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Wash fresh broccoli, cut into small bite-sized pieces.

2Place in deep bowl.

3Add onion, crasins and almonds; toss.

4In separate bowl, blend mayo, Splenda & vinegar till smooth.

5Pour over broccoli mixture, toss well until coated.

6Sprinkle with cheese.

7Chill for at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
