  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. flour

Directions

    Mix the sugar, shortening, butter and flour well.

    Set aside 1 cup of crumbs. Add the eggs, milk, baking powder and flour.

    Beat well.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and top with crumbs. Bake at 350°

    until toothpick comes out clean.
