  • 1 well beaten egg
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 c. diced apples
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Directions

    Cream sugar, oleo and egg together.

    Blend flour, soda, nutmeg, vanilla and salt; then add apples and nuts.

    Mix all together and pour into greased and floured pan.

    Bake at 300° to 325° for 45 minutes.
