Lima Dill Salad

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dill seed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook lima beans according to package directions, then drain beans and chill thoroughly.

    Mix cooled lima beans with celery, green onions and parsley.

    Blend mayonnaise, vinegar, dill seed, salt and pepper.

    Pour mayonnaise mix over lima bean mix and toss to coat beans.

    Refrigerate.

    Serve on salad plate lined with lettuce.
