  • chuck roast
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 can water
