- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Beat eggs until foamy.

2Add sugar; mix well.

3Add pineapple; continue mixing.

4Slowly add the flour and the baking soda (the mix will bubble).

5Pour mixture into a 10 x 15 x 1-inch jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

6Bake until golden brown in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
