- 4 to 5 Cornish hens
- 8 oz. pkg. long grain and wild rice stuffing mix (Uncle Ben's original)
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Thaw hens.

2Make stuffing mix.

3Spoon into hens.

4Mix butter with sugar, lime juice, wine and soy sauce.

5Brush hens with sauce.

6Place trivet in slow cooker.

7Place hens on end, neck down.

8Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.

9Brush with soy sauce once during cooking, if possible.
