Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. lime jello
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 pt. whip cream (or cool whip)
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. crush pineapple (large)
  • 1 c. pecans, cut up (small)
  • 1 cartoon cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. of miniature marshmallows
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions

    Mix jello and water; let jell partly, but still soft.
  2. 2
    Mix other ingredients with the jello with a mixer.

    Place marshmallows on top and place in refrigerator and let jell until firm.
