  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 c. pecans, cut up
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 pt. (8 oz.) whipped topping

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand until marshmallows melt and cool.

    Add next 3 ingredients and then fold in whipped topping.
