- 1 gal. cucumbers, sliced thin
- 2 c. lime (pickling)
- 9 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt (pickling)
- 1 Tbsp. pickling spices
- 2 qt. white vinegar
Directions

1In a large plastic pan, cover with cold water and let set overnight the cucumbers and lime.

2Then wash several times with cold water.

3Next, combine sugar, salt, pickling spices and white vinegar.

4Pour over washed cucumber slices and let set for 3 hours.

5Then bring to a boil for 30 minutes.

6Put in jars and seal.

7Makes 9 pints.
