  • 1 pkg. small lime jello
  • 1 can small crushed pineapple
  • 1 carton small cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 12 large marshmallows, cut in quarters
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Place jello in boiling water.

    Stir until well mixed.

    Add marshmallows and stir until slightly melted.

    Add pineapple, Miracle Whip, pecans and cottage cheese.

    Place in refrigerator and stir often until set.
