- 1 graham cracker 9-inch crust
- 1 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 (6 oz.) can limeade, thawed
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Chill evaporated milk in freezer until ice crystals begin to form around the edges.

2Soften gelatin in water.

3Add limeade to gelatin in saucepan; heat until gelatin dissolves.

4Add sugar, stirring until dissolved, but not thickened.

5Put evaporated milk into a chilled bowl and beat at high speed until stiff.

6Fold into cooled gelatin mixture.

7Pour into pie shell.

8Chill 3 to 4 hours. Serve.
