- For the cake
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup lingonberry preserves
- For the streusel topping
- 2/3 cup oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder, then cut in the butter with pastry blender.

4Fold in the lingonberry preserves.
