- 1 lb. linguine or spaghetti, cooked
- 7 strips bacon, cooked crisp
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Over moderate heat in a skillet, melt butter and combine with cheese.

2Reduce heat and add pasta.

3Toss to coat.

4Add eggs and toss until eggs are cooked. Remove from heat and add crumbled bacon.

5Top with parsley, if desired.
