- 8 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in the warm water.

2Mix dough until smooth and like elastic.

3Let raise 10 minutes.

4Knead down.

5Do this every 10 minutes for 5 times.

6When it raises the sixth time, roll out about 1 1/4-inches thick.

7Cut with biscuit cutter or glass.

8Have cookie sheets greased and sprinkle with corn meal (optional).

9Let rise on cookie sheets 1 hour and 15 minutes, or 1 1/2 hours.

10Bake at 350° approximately 20 minutes for own oven temperature.
